Agreement to Terms

Account Registration & Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active daka7 account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to maintain the accuracy of your registration details. You must notify daka7 promptly if any of your details change. The following actions are strictly forbidden under your account:

• Sharing your login credentials with any other person.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

daka7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other approved channels. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

Account Suspension & Termination

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team will be subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

daka7 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure at all times. Use of the platform is at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Bangladesh.

Amendments to These Terms

daka7 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on this page. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting. We may also notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notification, though we are not obligated to do so.

Your continued use of daka7 after any amendments are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of those revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
